Who we are

Merci Technologies ("Merci", "we") is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: Info@merciitpro.com.

What we collect

Your name, company name and email address, the note you send us, and the documents you upload (which may contain names and contact details of people at your company and your vendors). When you agree to these terms we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser and the version of the terms and privacy notice you agreed to.

Why we use it

Only to carry out the free contract review you asked for, to send you the report and to follow up about it. Our legal basis is your request and your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

AI processing

We use AI-assisted analysis to read your documents and draft the report. Our AI provider is Anthropic (Claude), which processes the documents on our behalf, only to produce your review, and does not use them to train its models under our commercial terms. A Merci consultant reviews everything before it is sent.

Storage and security

Your files are stored encrypted on our servers and in our encrypted backups. Access is limited to Merci staff working on your review.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete your files and the data taken from them 180 days after the review started. If you become a client, your client agreement applies. Our activity log keeps a record that the review happened.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it sooner, by writing to Info@merciitpro.com.
